1 Are there towels and linens? Yes for the linens, no for the towels.

2 Are salt, sugar, washing machine detergent and wood for the fireplace included? No, because we are not allowed to provide any extra service (Tuscan law about tourism), but it is possible to buy it nearby.

3 Can you call me a taxi? No, unfortunately they accept calls just from the person who needs the taxi.

4 Can I use the kitchen? Yes, you can use the whole house.

5 Can I rent just a room? No, I offer the whole house.

6 Is it shared with anyone else? No, it is just for you.

7 Is there a parking? Yes, one parking space reserved for a normal car, for big vehicles you can use a square nearby.

8 Is it necessary to have a car? It is strongly recommended.

9 Is it possible to use the fireplace? Yes but not for cooking, if you want to cook you can use the external barbecue. Thank you. 

10 Any rental car recommended? They all have the same price.

11 Is it allowed to put music during the night? No, it is forbidden by the law like everywhere.

12 Is the house totally isolated? No, we are in a village but all houses are indipendent.

13 Is it hard to get there? No, the address on Google Maps, Via G. Marconi 46 (Filettole) Vecchiano PI.

14 Are there any shop around? Yes, bar, pharmacy, grocery, tobaco shop and so on.

15 Public transportation? Yes, bus 80 to PISA and train station RIPAFRATTA to PISA and LUCCA.

16 High chair and baby bed? No, we are sorry.

17 Do I have to pay more for an extra person? Yes, charges depend on the number of people.

18 What time can I check-in? From 15:00 to 22:00.

19 What time can I check-out? Before 10:00.

20 Can I leave my luggage in the house? No, unfortunately we don't have a luggage storage.

21 Receipt or invoice? Receipt, have a look of the italian law: "art. 70 locazione turistica regione Toscana".

22 Where I can find the keys? We will provide you all instructions few days before your check-in date. 

23 Supermarket? Yes, there is a local one in Viale gambarcorti or you have a big Carrefour in Pisa open every day until midnight.

1 Ci sono asciugamani/lenzuola ? Sì per lenzuola, no per gli asciugamani.

2 Sale,olio, detersivo e legna sono inclusi? No, non possiamo fornire servizi extra per via della legge regionale Toscana sul turismo ma è possibile far acquisti in zona.

3 Supermercato? Ne trovate uno locale in via gambacorti oppure il Carrefour a Pisa è aperto tutti i giorni fino a mezzanotte.

4 E' previsto l'uso cucina? Avrete a disposizione tutta la casa.

5 E' possibile affitare una stanza o parte della casa? No, viene affittata interamente.

6 Ci sono altri ospiti? No, la casa non è condivisa.

7 C'è parcheggio? Sì, un posto auto di fronte a casa, per mezzi grandi potete ricorrere a una piazza nelle vicinanze.

8 E' necessaria l'auto? E' fortemente consigliata ma non strettamente necessaria.

9 E' possibile usare il camino? Sì ma non per cucinare, a tal proposito è presente un barbecue.

10 Noleggio auto più conveniente? Hanno tutti circa gli stessi prezzi.

11 E' possibile metter musica di notte? No, come previsto dalla legge.

12 La casa è isolata? No, siamo all'interno di un paese.

13 E' difficile da raggiungere? No, basta inserire correttamente la via su Google Maps, Via G. Marconi 46 (Filettole) Vecchiano PI.

14 Ci sono negozi nelle vicinanze? Sì, bar, farmacia, alimentari, panificio, tabacchi ecc.

15 Ci sono mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze? Sì, bus e treno, si veda la sezione “trasporti”.

16 Culla/seggiolone per bambini? No, ci dispiace.

17 Si paga per l'aggiunta di persone extra? Sì.

18 A che ora posso arrivare? Dalle 15:00 alle 22:00.

19 A che ora devo fare il check-out? Prima delle 10:00.

20 Posso lasciare i bagagli? No, purtroppo non abbiamo un locale bagagli.

21 Ricevuta o fattura? Ricevuta, perché si tratta di locazione turistica pura.

22 Dove trovo le chiavi? Ci saremo noi a darvi il benvenuto.
