HOUSE 1

Independent house in stone and wood from the 18th century, with garden and barbecue, open on all four sides, three floors.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, large dining table and kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hobs, all with rustic finishes and overlooking the surrounding garden, washing machine and a bathroom.
1st floor: from an ancient stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are two triple bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom.
2nd floor the are three rooms with roof beams and rafters, parquet floors and views of the surrounding hills. Three double beds, one double sofa bed and three single beds. Complete bathroom.

Dining room with antique fireplace on the ground floor,  kitchen (oven, refrigerator, coffee maker-moka),  sofa bed and washing machine.
Two bedrooms with one with a double bed and the other one with two double beds and a single bed. 
Two bathrooms (toilet, bidet, shower, sink), one on each floor. 
WI-FI HEATING SYSTEM 
AIR CONDITIONING in both bedrooms.
